• You retain all rights to content you upload or generate using EasyLRC.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.
• We do not claim ownership of your files or generated lyrics.

4. Privacy & Data

• We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the service (such as email, usage statistics, and payment information).
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Files on the free plan are deleted after 1 day; files on paid plans are deleted after 30 days. All data is hosted in Europe.

• We may update features, pricing, or these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes.
• Continued use of EasyLRC after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyLRC and its owners are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
